NETFIC TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction
NetFic ("Platform"), operated by Unbing International Limited ("we," "us," or "our"),  a company operating under the laws of HongKong, CHINA, located at HongKong, CHINA,. We provides a creative ecosystem for developers to craft and share interactive storytelling experiences. By accessing or using the Platform, mobile apps, and related services), you ("User") agree to these binding Terms of Use ("Terms"). Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old. Jurisdictions with higher age thresholds (e.g., 16 under GDPR) will comply with local laws.
2.2 Authority: Organizational users warrant they have legal capacity to bind their entity.
2.3 Restrictions: Prohibited users include those previously banned or violating applicable laws.

3. License Grant
3.1 Scope: We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for creating, publishing, and interacting with literary works ("Stories").
3.2 Restrictions: Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
3.3 IP Retention: All Platform rights (software, branding, content) remain our exclusive property.

4. Account Management
4.1 Registration: Provide accurate information and update promptly.
4.2 Security: Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You bear responsibility for account activities.
4.3 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for Terms violations. Users may delete accounts via dashboard tools, acknowledging irreversible data loss.

5. Content Policies
5.1 User Content: You retain ownership of original literary works, comments, or media ("User Content") uploaded to the Platform.
5.2 Licenses Granted:

• To NetFic: A worldwide, royalty-free licenseto host, reproduce, adapt, and distribute User Content for Platformoperations.

• To Users: Non-exclusive rights to access andinteract with User Content per Platform functionality.
  5.3 Content Standards: User Content must:
  (a) Be wholly original or lawfully licensed;
  (b) Comply with all laws and third-party rights;
  (c) Avoid prohibited material (e.g., hate speech, explicit content,misinformation).
  5.4 Moderation: We may remove content violating these Terms or communityguidelines. Repeat offenders face account termination.

6. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:

• Circumvent Platform security or accesscontrols;

• Upload malware or disrupt services;

• Impersonate others or engage in harassment;

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) withoutprior consent.

7. Payments & Fees
7.1 Subscription Terms: Certain features require fees. All payments are non-refundable except where legally mandated.
7.2 Third-Party Processors: Payments are handled by PCI-compliant services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We disclaim liability for processor errors.
7.3 Taxes: Users bear responsibility for applicable VAT, GST, or sales taxes.

8. Disclaimers
8.1 "As-Is" Basis: The Platform is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or accuracy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8.2 Third-Party Links: We disclaim responsibility for external sites or services linked through the Platform.

9. Liability Limitations
9.1 Cap on Damages: Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 500.
9.2 Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unbing International Limited against claims related to your User Content, Platform misuse, or Terms violations.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1 DMCA Compliance: Submit infringement notices to support@NetFic.net containing:

• Copyright owner details;

• Identification of infringing material;

• Statement under penalty of perjury.
  11.2 Counter-Notifications: Users may rebut takedown requests via the samechannel.

12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], excluding conflict-of-law principles.
